Voor ik ging bestellen had ik een telefonische vraag, deze werd goed beantwoord en daarna heb ik het product besteld .

Ze zijn zeer behulpzaam bij het oplossen van problemen maar zouden bij de verkoop duidelijker instructies moeten meeleveren of een linkje naar een website. Dat laatste kwam pas na mijn klacht.
