Please note: this remote is available with a frequencie of 868 and 433 MHz. Those frequencies are not compatible with each other. When the back of the remote is the same color as the front, it is the 433 MHz one. If the back is darker than the front, it is the 868 MHz remote.

Ondanks het feit dat ik mijn bestelling heb geretourneerd, ben ik zeer goed te spreken over uw bedrijf. Vooraf had ik tel. informatie gevraagd of het product in mijn geval goed zou werken. De verkregen info bleek niet geheel correct, waardoor het product niet goed bruikbaar was. Dit werd ruiterlijk toegegeven met het advies het product terug te zenden. Na terugzending volgde de creditnota onmiddellijk. Prima!

Reageert snel op vragen. Levering ging op zich snel, maar wel jammer dat pas na bestelling bleek dat de afstandsbediening niet op voorraad was. Ik zou hier nog wel iets bestellen.
